“I love Marni's new Meal Plan. It is so easy to follow. Just print the shopping list, buy everything and follow the simple recipes. My family likes it too even though they are not 100% plant based (they'll add a steak or a piece of salmon once or twice a week). The best is that the recipes are really easy to follow and are not too elaborate, so easy to make even on a weekday.”

“It has been three months since I took the Easy Raw Cooking Class Series, and I have to share that it changed my life ! Marni tought us how to cook fresh, fast and delicious. I have been able to repeat her recipes back home in Mexico, and also "uncook" my own dished based on what I find in the market. Now I enjoy eating more natural food than prossesed food, and I found the joy in every vegetable, nut and sprout and I have switched from candy bars to date brownies. Although I bought her book, I am thankful that I had the oppotunity to take her classes, and I can´t wait to visit Toronto and take a few more classes at her amazing studio !”

The Tips and recipes that Marni shared were fabulous. The spiralized zucchini noodle recipe "inspiralized" all of the attendees! Great NEW experience for non vegetarian
“This was an exciting new experience for me and my boyfriend who also attended the class for the Italian dishes. He is currently (vegan). I am not vegan or vegetarian but i felt very welcomed and comfortable when i arrived the atmosphere in the room was very warming. Marni and her helpers were very friendly and polite and down to earth and it was fantastic to get to know a little about the people you cook with, I thought that was important. The beginning of the class and introduction was very easy to understand and to go through the dishes and expand on each dish to know what goes into it and the substitutes for certain things to give it that plant base twist was exciting for me who is new to this way of cooking. What i really enjoyed and was incredible and really hit it home for me was that during the intermission while your food is cooking you get to sit down and listen and be introduced to a local business person of Toronto and get to hear a little about their product and taste some of it. Then was the best part of the class of course when you get to try all the dishes you helped make.. the food was amazing! to say the least. I definitely enjoyed the experience and had fun. which made it much more enjoyable to me. Would i take the class again?.. definitely!!. The people, the food, the experience, was all worth it.. i would recommend this class for people who enjoy cooking and want to know how to make really simple delicious healthy dishes. A+ for me!”

Love The Meal Plan!
“I love the delicious and nutritious recipes that Marni has on her 30 day meal plan. Not having much time to spend in the kitchen, but wanting healthy meals, Marni's 30 day meal plan not only is quick, delicious, nutritious etc, but it takes out the thinking of "what am I going to cook for my family tonight". My children are the greatest of food critics and somehow with every meal of Marni's that I have made, they have asked for seconds. Proof is definitely in the 'pudding' as they say.”
