Let’s talk about some of the recipes that I made! I made a cold elixir – chocolate chaga latte (recipe below), a coconut yogurt and organic fruit parfait, topped with Nud Fud spirulina crackers and my classic green pea guacamole. Despite it being a debate and hot topic right now, apparently I nailed it. The whole crew was devouring it after the segment.

Iced Chocolate Chaga Latte

2 cups of coconut water (coco the drink)
1 tbsp cacao or from giddy yoyo
1 packet of chaga (Four Sigma Foods)
2 tsp of dandy blend
1 tbsp of rawtella
2 tsp of lakanto
4 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve over ice or enjoy as is and get ready to be fired up all day long and have bulletproof immunity!
