Prices

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers from Marni Wasserman Incorporated are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. 

Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your class, we would appreciate advance notice by 48 hours. Guest who do not show up to the booked class without notice are subject to forfeiting 100% of the full fee, except for extreme circumstances. Guests are welcome to send someone in their place if they cannot attend. Guests who cancel their attendance to any cooking class or workshop can choose to receive the class recipes by e-mail if they do not wish to rebook or have their fees refunded. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel published classes. Customers whose bookings are affected will be transferred to a suitable alternative.

Maximum booking size

We can not take bookings of more than 10 people on a published class. For bookings of 11 or more people please visit the Private Parties section for further information.

Dietary Restrictions

Where possible, we will accommodate dietary constraints. As a courtesy we ask that you alert our staff of allergies and dietary restrictions upon booking OR 7 days prior to the booked class. Allergies are the responsibility of the attendee and not of Marni Wasserman Incorporated. We are unable to take responsibility for allergic reactions to foodstuffs. Food prepared both on and off site may contain traces of nuts.

Return/ refund policy

Full refunds on merchandise purchases will be issued within 7 days of the initial purchase if the merchandise is intact. To receive a full refund you may notify Marni Wasserman Incorporated by telephone or e-mail. Return postage expense is not the responsibility of Marni Wasserman Incorporated. Claims of breakage or other specified damage must be made in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. Refunds through Paypal can be made, minus the 3% service fee.

Taxation and Duties

As Marni Wasserman Incorporated is operational in Ontario, Canada, all listed prices will be subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) where relevant. HST applies to all purchases made within and outside the province of Ontario, Canada.

E-books are sold as electronic documents. Hard copies are not available at this time unless specified on the product page.
