Weekday Meal Planning – $85/per person
(Minimum 6 people) It gets tough and overwhelming when it comes to weekly meal planning for you and your family. Even if you have the intention of only eating healthy foods, it is too easy for your lifestyle and other excuses to get in the way. Maybe you worked late, or you forgot to pack a lunch. Maybe you just didn’t have time to grocery shop… at the end of the day your hungry and you don’t want to end up ordering in or going out for dinner! In this workshop, Marni will demonstrate to you simple and delicious meals that you can plan and prep in advance of your busy week. You will learn what the basis is of a healthy diet, you will be given full meal guidelines, a shopping list and sample meal and snack ideas.
Marni’s goal is that you leave this workshop filled with information, equipped with the right tools and motivated to stay on the right track.
Each workshop will provide you with: sample meal plans, grocery list and product resource, simple weekday recipes, menu planning and snack ideas, nutrition tips and of course you will get to sample a few delicious recipes along the way!
