Go GREEN- by learning how to bring green veggies into your kitchen this spring by making delicious vitamin and mineral rich recipes. You will learn different preparation methods on how to incorporate “greens” into simple recipes or how to enjoy them alongside a main dish. You will also learn how to sneak them into a recipe or two for the fussy ones in the family!

Sample Menu:

green garden soup, brown rice pasta with swiss chard and basil pesto, tempeh and kale stir fry, green goddess salad dressing and more.
