Learn how to sort through the confusion of grains. From millet to quinoa, barley and wildrice – there are so many options and overwhelmingly complex ways to prepare them. This class will teach you how to prepare simple and inventive recipes with grains as the base of a wide range of dishes including soups, salads, desserts and so much more!

Sample Menu:

amaranth and lentil loaf, citrus wild rice, faro salad, millet croquettes, quinoa pilaf, oatmeal apricot bars
