Learn the basics of how to implement raw skills into your kitchen. We will go through the process of some “raw essentials” like making nut milk, soaking, dehydrating, rolling, blending, juicing and so much more. Delicious recipes will be made to demonstrate these unique skills that are essential to a healthy “living” lifestyle!
This is a demo-style class – but you will get the chance to learn in an interactive setting, as well you will get to taste everything that is prepared!
