This class will focus on creating delicious and fresh meals with alternative sources of Calcium. You will be amazed at which plant-based foods contain whole and complete sources of calcium that your bones will love to soak up!

arame citrus salad, black bean salad, broccoli and pinenut quinoa, carob fig frozen fudge, spinach and almond patties
