What is your favourite recipes including Chia Seeds?
The amazing thing about Chia seeds is that they are so versatile. They can be used in many ways, from sweet to savory recipes, and anywhere in between. I particularly love to use them in baking because they act as a binder. So I never have to worry about my baking crumbling apart! Simply mix 1 tbsp chia seeds with 3 tbsp water, and you have your paste. My favourite recipe: Pea-licious Banana Muffins.

Simple is always best! Chia for baking is amazing – such a great binder!
I make my chia pudding soaked in a banana mango smoothie. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon and maple syrup. Delicious! I love Chia Goodness for the extra superfood ingredients all-in-one bag. The easiest breakfast ever and it keeps me full for hours.
Emily that sounds fantastic! Yum, I will have to try that one! A great energy booster in the morning!
I like to soak my chia in almond milk or hemp milk, with chopped dates, cinnamon, goji berries and chopped bananas.
My favourite way to use chia seeds is in my oatmeal, along with cinnamon and maple syrup.
I’ve only just discovered chia, and I’m starting simple: a pudding with some sweetener and almond milk. It took some getting used to the texture at first, but now I love it, and so does my 17-month old girl
