What do you want to read?

July 11, 2011

It’s your turn to have a say! I am giving you, my “Fully Nourished” reader the opportunity to give me some ideas for my article content. There are a plethora of things to write about, I have ideas all the time, things I want to say, discuss, share. But it is also good for me to know what you want to read about, learn or discover. Maybe you have a burning question or an in nutrition, health or food that you want explained. Maybe it’s a recipe to test – really whatever you want!

Right now there are quite a few different avenues that I am writing for: My Blog, Chatelaine Magazine, on Bamboo Magazine and Tonic Toronto Magazine. As you can see there are a few different places for me to feature some of your ideas for content. So speak up and share!

I would love to hear what you want to read about!

Please take some time and give me your ideas:

What kinds of recipes would you like me to test out, demo, show you?

What kind of content for articles would you like to read about?

Is it a nutrition related, food related, a specific question or trend?

You can get more delicious knowledge by checking out Marni’s e-books, available here: http://www.marniwasserman.com/ebooks/

Share your thoughts right here and I will do my best to get through as many of your ideas as possible!

I love your posts! The new youtube videos you are doing are awesome! I always love seeing new recipes and product reviews, also it would be neat to see a day of your daily eats! :) Keep up the great work!!

  2. I agree with Laura and would love to see more product reviews. You are my go to girl as a trusted source of what items and brands are good and what to steer clear of.

Would also like to see more breakfast ideas :)

    Stay awesome Marni!

    Hi Marni,

I really enjoy your blog and have been checking out your articles in Bamboo/Chatelaine/Tonic. I would love to see some one pot dinner recipes that are quick and economical. I would also like to get some tips on how to stay organized in the kitchen or for meal planning.

    Have a great weekend,
    Shamima

    Hi Marni,

I’m also enjoying reading your blog, I always like learning new information on nutrition and health! I’m always excited to see more recipes. Also, a lot of people, especially those who are new to eating raw or vegan, or have certain health problems, are concerned about their intake of certain nutrients. I think it would be really cool if you did a review on nutrients, and let us know about healthy foods that are rich in the different vitamins and minerals!
I really appreciate the work you put into this blog, and how you want to help us become healthier! Thank you! :D

    Hi Marni,

I love your reviews and recipe re-makes. I’d love some new lunch ideas that I can make for my kids who bring lunch to school everyday. Only caveat with school lunches is that they have to be “peanut free” but school frowns upon any nuts. I’m sure your creations will be welcomed by anyone who packs their own lunch rather than buying the usual food court fare.

My kids will eat salad but also love anything warm that comes out of a thermos. The only thing that hasn’t gone over well has been tempeh which I suspect was a “miss” based on texture not taste. Most Moms will appreciate any new items they can add to the lunch repetoire and its great to try them on our kids over the summer.

Good luck with your upcoming wedding. Wishing you both every happiness and a lot of fun.

    All the best, Wendy

    Hi Marni,

An article that focusses on nutrient-density versus calorie-counting would really help a lot of people (me included!). In our thin-obsessed society and so many people dieting and counting calories, it’s hard to shift to NOT thinking about food in terms of calories and instead focussing on nutrient-density of foods. Perhaps you can talk about portion control too ~ how do we learn to listen to our bodies and know how much to eat to feel satisfied and also meet our own individual health needs?
I am an active person and I have a hard time knowing if I’m eating enough for my activity level or not enough?

    Keep up the great work!

    Jenn

    Hi Marni,
I’ve learned so much from your posts and I’m glad that you are publishing in Chatelaine etc. More people need to know about healthy eating habits.
In our family we love smoothies and have them every day. My kids get to eat all kinds of fruits especially those they would not eat otherwise (papaya). I would like to start juicing leafy veggies ( so far we do carrots, apples and oranges, sometimes celery stalks). My juicer is however, very old. It would be great if you could right an article on how to cooze the right juicer, and how strong it needs to be to be juicing kale, and other veggies that do not have high water content.
Thanks So much and keep up the great work.
    Sincerely,
    Mina
